Shipping Policy

Prices on the website do not include shipping costs. By placing an order and selecting a courier delivery service, you automatically agree to cover the shipping fees.

For Bulgarian residents, shipping is available through local carriers such as Econt, Speedy, and others.

International shipping outside of Bulgaria is also offered via various delivery companies and Bulgarian Post. Each delivery will be personally coordinated with the client via email.

Please note that I handle every aspect of the process myself. In addition to shipping time, I require 3-4 extra days to prepare your package for delivery.
I take great care to pack items securely to protect them from damage. However, damage during transit can still occur. Therefore, upon delivery, please open the box and thoroughly inspect the contents before signing the receipt form.

Refund Policy

If you wish to make a return, please contact me at info@psyramics.shop. I offer a 14-day return policy, meaning you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return. Please note that, due to the fragile nature of ceramics, you are responsible for securely packing the item for return shipping, as well as covering the return shipping costs. Be sure to contact me before sending anything back. To be eligible for a return, the item must be undamaged, and you’ll need to provide the receipt or proof of purchase.
Custom orders cannot be returned. These orders require a 50% prepayment, which is non-refundable if the client cancels or declines the completed piece. This policy covers the time, materials, and effort invested in creating the custom work.

Unfortunately, I cannot accept returns on sale items.

In the event of shipping damage, please contact me immediately upon discovering the issue. Do not discard the packaging or the box. Take clear photos of the damaged item and packaging, and email them to info@psyramics.shop. In such cases, I can only refund the cost of the ceramic piece itself.
